Dyslexia Intervention / Reading Remediation (all grades)

Intensive, explicit, and systematic reading and spelling tutoring using the Orton-Gillingham structured literacy approach, which is highly effective for students with dyslexia and other reading challenges. Reading, spelling, executive functioning. Kindergarten through high school. Minimum of twice per week with a minimum commitment of one full semester.

Dyslexia Screening / Reading Assessment

Our reading specialist will assess multiple reading measures and pinpoint reading and spelling needs.

One-on-one Tutoring (all grades)

Structured literacy tutoring once or twice per week with an Orton-Gillingham/structured literacy tutor. Reading, spelling, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, executive functioning. Kindergarten through high school. Limited availability for private lessons. Minimum commitment of one full semester.

Homeschool Program (K-3rd)

Our Kinder-3rd grade homeschool students engage in multimodal structured literacy foundational skills and multisensory foundational math. Students are taught through evidence-based instructional practices and engaging academic activities, in a small group setting.

Small-Group Phonics & Fluency Class
(1st-3rd grade)

A small group of approximately 4 students will be focusing on foundational reading and spelling skills with an Orton-Gillingham trained tutor.

Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm-5:20pm in Oceanside (92054).
Price is $350/month.

H.A.R.T. Husky Assisted Reading Therapy

A small-group workshop where students read to our therapy dogs, Everess and Tala. Classes and/or workshops involving our reading therapy huskies will be scheduled periodically.
